For the last two years over 150 clergy and lay people from the Diocese have taken part in Leading from the Future.  This programme has come at a timely moment in the life of the Diocese and seeks to develop the leadership abilities of all of us who have been given the privilege and responsibility of serving the people of Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland. Leading from the future has been a collaborative enterprise from beginning to end, modelling the kind of life and witness and relationships that we believe need to be one of the hallmarks of the Church.
