In the Diocese of Chelmsford the Clergy Leadership Programme originated by The Leadership Institute has been used for a number of years. Roger Matthews and the training staff of the diocese have taken this programme into the bloodstream of the diocese in a significant way. They have sent clergy to the national events and then introduced courses into their pattern of diocesan training.
Our Foundation is committed both to support dioceses and their leaders and to find effective ways of assessing the difference strategies and programmes can make.
